In order to keep South Bay Sports Training and its partners operating at the highest standards (providing the best in baseball/ softball training and quality indoor training facilities), it is essential that our policies be observed and upheld. Thank You.

 

General Cancellation/ Refund Policy:

​

No refunds once payment has been received for any and all services/products.

 

General Refund/ Exchange Policy:

 

• No refunds or exchanges

• All Sales Final for any and all products/services.

 

Individual Appointment Cancellation Policy:

 

Must cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time or you will be charged for the scheduled appointment. (Includes but not limited to lessons, Live Baseball Batting Practice, Consultations, and Certifications)

 

Team/ Group Appointment Cancellation Policy:

 

Must cancel at least 48 hours before scheduled appointment time or you will be charged for scheduled appointment. (Includes but not limited to Facility Rentals & Team Training)

 

Team/ Group Reservation Policy:

 

Full payment must be received 48 hours before scheduled appointment time in order to secure reservation. (Includes but not limited to Facility Rentals & Team Training)

 

Expiration Policy:

 

All services purchased in advance will expire 1 year from the purchase date. (Includes but not limited to lessons, Live Baseball Batting Practice, Cage Rentals, Team Training, Consultations and Certifications)

 

Events, Camps, Clinics & Programs Policy:

 

All Schedules, Dates, Times, & Locations Subject To Change Returned Check Policy: $50 fee for all returned checks for any reason.

 

Credit/Debit Card Chargeback Policy:

 

$50 fee for all returned checks for any reason.

 

Late Payment Policy:

 

$50 fee for any payment not received on or before the due date.

 

Past Due Balance Policy:

 

$50 fee

• every month from the initial date past due.

• This fee will reoccur every month until the balance and fees are paid in full.

 

Conduct Policy:

 

If any parent or player uses inappropriate language or displays inappropriate behavior, as determined by South Bay Sports Training, parent or player may be dismissed from the lesson, camp, clinic or program permanently or temporarily, with no refund.

 

Discount Code Policies:

 

• Discount Codes are limited to one discount code per player.

• Discount Codes cannot be combined with any other discount code.

• Discount Codes are subject to cancellation or change without notice.
